Home-based ESL Tutor: From 120 up to 180 PHP per 50 minutes, depending on your demo performance and experience. Plus additional bonuses and incentives. Office-based ESL Tutor: Fixed salary that can increase depending on your demo performance and experience. This is plus performance bonus, government benefits, an HMO, and other incentives.

Does Gaotu offer government or health benefits?

Health insurance (HMO) are provided to both office-based and home-based ESL tutors after 6 months of employment. Only office-based ESL tutors are eligible for government benefits.
